I am a real estate broker associate and part of a formidable team with a concentration in waterfront and oceanfront land and property sales. Singer Island is home to many vacation home owners. My team and I work to assist clients relocating from New York, New Jersey, California and Canada. As the wife of a retired law enforcement lieutenant I also work with first responders looking to retire in beautiful communities in the Palm Beach area.
My team includes a dedicated social media marketer focused on exclusively marketing
our listings. I was elected to the Hallandale Beach (FL) Commission in November 2016,
and re-elected for a second term in November 2020. During my tenure on the commission, I have worked tirelessly on behalf of coastline condo and homeowners to
combat beach and sand erosion. I sponsored an ordinance forming a Beach
Renourishment Advisory Board with a focus on advocating sand and dune renourishment resources from the Army Corps of Engineers.
On June 3, 2020, with the assistance of former State Representative Julio Robaina, I
successfully sponsored and passed my Condominium and HOA Transparency Act. In
2021 I sponsored updates to the ordinance both before the Champlain Tower
catastrophe and after. This law is the first of its kind in the State of Florida!
